Return Period
You may submit a return request within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.
- All accessories and documents included with the product must be returned in full.
- Personalised or custom-made items are not eligible for return.
- Damage resulting from misuse, improper care, or external factors cannot be considered for return.
Return Process
- Submit Your Request: Send your return request to info@petek1855.com, including your order number and reason for return.
- Receive Confirmation: Your request will be reviewed within 2 business days and a confirmation email will be sent to you.
- Ship the Item: After confirmation, please send the item to the specified address via courier. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Refund: Once the item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
Exchange
If you would like to exchange your item for a different product or size, please indicate this in your return request. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
