Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (Turkey)

Standard delivery: 2–4 business days
Free shipping on orders over a specified amount
Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched

International Shipping

Delivery time: 7–14 business days depending on destination
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout
Customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient
PETEK 1855 is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance

Order Tracking

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@petek1855.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
